I think I've spent the past 36 hours in a psychotic break, but I don't think I'm a reliable narrator at this stage. Regularly scheduled pdoc tomorrow, which is good, and I don't think this is a long term problem, just, you know, unpleasant, and it could be all the serotonin, but I'm not showing symptoms of serotonin syndrome, so idk I'm not a doctor lay off.
